What you can and cannot create with Genjutsu AI, how we check content, and what happens when the rules are broken
2026/10/21
This Acceptable Use Policy explains what you may and may not create, upload or share with Genjutsu AI on genjutsu.app, through our API and on share links (together, the "Service"). It is part of our Terms of Service. If you break it, we may block or remove your content and suspend or close your account.
Key points
Genjutsu AI is not an adult service. You must not create, upload or share:
These rules apply to your prompts, the images and videos you upload, the media you link to through the API, and the results you generate.
Any content that sexualizes, exploits or endangers a minor is strictly prohibited. This includes suggestive content and content that places a minor in a sexual context. Do not combine images of children with sexual or suggestive prompts or source videos. We permanently close accounts that try to create such content, and we report it to the relevant authorities.
You may use the Service with photos and videos of yourself and of people who have agreed to it. You must not use it to:
You must also not use the Service to create or share content that:
You must not try to bypass our safety checks, for example by repeatedly rewording prompts or editing media to get blocked content through. Do not create new accounts to get around a suspension or ban. The other rules in Section 6 of our Terms of Service also apply.
Automated checks are not perfect. If you believe your content was blocked by mistake, contact support@genjutsu.app.
Depending on how serious a violation is and whether it has happened before, we may:
Content that sexualizes minors leads to immediate, permanent account closure and a report to the authorities. Repeated attempts to get adult content past our checks are a serious violation and can lead to account closure.
If you see content on the Service that breaks this policy, or that shows you without your consent:
Tell us which content it is and why you are reporting it. We review every report and handle reports involving minors or intimate imagery first. When content breaks this policy, we remove it and take action against the account. If it shows you, or someone you represent, without consent, we remove it.
The same rules and checks apply to everything submitted through the Genjutsu API. You are responsible for all content submitted with your API keys, including content from your own users. We may revoke API keys that are used to break this policy.
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last updated.
